We Deliver Christmas Trees: Terms and Conditions


Orders received by 1pm on working weekdays (Monday to Friday) will usually be dispatched on the same day (if possible). In busy periods this cannot always be guaranteed but every effort will be made to dispatch on the same day. After the deadline orders will be dispatched the following day. This will not be the case if you have entered a preferred day or week that is not 'next day'.

Goods ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday) unless a preferred date has been entered.

It is the customer's responsibility to check their order before confirmation.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

All delivery charges and areas are shown on our delivery pricing page. We Deliver Christmas Trees reserves the right to amend all delivery prices and conditions at their discretion and without notice. Deliveries will be sent via our Personal Delivery Team or national courier.

All deliveries are made to your door. Delivery personnel are not contracted to install your Christmas tree or remove any packaging.

We endeavour to get your tree to you on your preferred date. However, due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible and all deliveries should be made 1 - 3 days around your preferred delivery date. You will be contacted if this is not possible. However, we ask you for your understanding at this busy time and suggest you arrange delivery for at least 3 days before you need it. Our Couriers do everything they can to get your parcel to you on your preferred date.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Normal daily delivery times (excluding Saturday) are 8.30am to 5pm and only after these times on your preferred day can an order be classed as late. Please contact us the following working day for an updated schedule. We will inform you if we know of any expected delays or problems.

Deliveries cannot be left unattended without a signature unless you state otherwise. If you agree for the order to be left on your premises or with a neighbour please advise us of these instructions in the comments box. We Deliver Christmas Trees cannot be held responsible for any damage to or theft of the tree if we have your permission to leave it unattended.

If we miss you at the point of delivery a card will be left with the courier's depot telephone number to call to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. It is the customers' responsibility to contact the courier and arrange another delivery day or to agree to have the package left without a signature. If you are not at home when the Courier returns to deliver your goods and have not agreed for the package to be left unattended, the package will be returned to depot. No refunds will be given for trees that are left uncollected at depot. The delivery depot may charge you a call out fee for more than one abortive delivery attempt.

If you refuse to accept delivery of the goods you will be charged for a rejected delivery at a cost of £29.00 which will be deducted from the card used at the time of placing the order. This will not be the case if you refuse delivery due to damaged goods.

If there are problem with your order?

Any breakages, shortages and discrepancies with your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel as refunds may not be possible after this time. Refunds will not be given on items purchased for Christmas where discrepancies are only reported after 24th December.

Cancellation

Due to the uniqueness of our product and the sensitive timescale we would ask for your understanding regarding cancellations.

If you wish to cancel your order, in accordance with the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, we require notice in writing either by fax, email or writing no less than 7 working days prior to your preferred delivery date. Any money taken from you will be returned within 30 days.

If you cancel your order after this time it may not be possible to stop shipment. Returning the items is the responsibility of the purchaser and you are under obligation to take reasonable care of the goods. We Deliver Christmas Trees does not accept responsibility for return carriage. However, we will endeavour to assist you in any way possible.

We reserve the right to substitute alternative items in the event of us not being able to supply the specific goods ordered. The submitted goods will be of equivalent quality and price to those ordered but if you are unhappy with the substitute goods We Deliver Christmas Trees will meet the return charges. We will contact you first if this unlikely event happens.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without a returns number provided by We Deliver Christmas Trees. The number can be obtained by sending an email to info@wedeliverchristmastrees.co.uk.

If there has been a change of mind it is the customers' responsibility to meet all costs of the returned delivery and to take care that goods returned are in a saleable condition. No monies will be refunded if the goods are damaged on return.

Standard Terms & Conditions

We Deliver Christmas Trees reserve the right to remove and amend products and prices on their website without notice.

All content and design on the We Deliver Christmas Trees website (excluding other professional content) is the exclusive copyright of We Deliver Christmas Trees.

All sizes are approximate. Colours may vary from those shown in the images.

As Christmas trees are a natural product We Deliver Christmas Trees cannot be held responsible for slight colour and shape irregularities. We can, however, guarantee that you will receive an excellent product.
